Write For Us Gaming At Chochox
Why I Want You to Write for Chochox?
Therefore, I want to be upfront and direct from the first line of this page — I do not need content factories, article spinners or writers who only see each guest post opportunity as another backlink to pick up and move on. I’ve watched enough of those to last a lifetime, and Chochox deserves more than that. Better still — so do our readers.
Really what I am seeking is a real gamer who writes well. Someone who, not because they were reviewing the game but simply because they couldn’t let it go, stayed up until 3am trying to beat a difficult boss. Someone with fiery opinions about mobile gaming and browser games and the trajectory of the gaming industry in general — who also knows how to write those opinions up so that other gamers find them genuinely valuable, genuinely interesting and genuinely worth reading from the first [sentence] through to the last.
Chochox is a free gaming platform based upon one core belief — that great gaming belongs to all, no matter their budget, device or location. Every content published on Chochox is to serve that mission. If you believe in that mission as well and you have something real and valuable to say to the gaming community — I want to hear from you right now.
- I want writers that are gamers first and then writers
- I want opinions that are controversial but honest
- I want content that respects readers as intelligent adults, and provides them with actual information
- Articles that will be bookmarked, shared, and returned to by the Chochox community
- I want to write with partners as invested in quality as I am
- And I want long-time relationships with talented authors who grow together with Chochox
My Commitment to Writers
I’ll get around to telling you what I expect from you in a minute but first let me explain what exactly it is that you can expect from me — because I think any successful writing partnership needs to go both ways and I take my responsibilities to every writer who submits to Chochox very seriously.
Personally every writer who submits to Chochox receives my personal attention. I read every pitch myself. Each and every submitted article has to be reviewed by me personally. I give you detailed constructive and genuinely useful feedback on every piece that needs reworking — not a generic “this needs work” dismissal, but detailed actionable advice about what exactly I’m looking for and how to give it to me.
I will not take your work from you; I will not copy your ideas and publish them without credit to you; I won’t change or edit your writing significantly without discussing it with you. Your voice matters to me. The Chochox editorial standard is high but it’s never applied in a way that robs the personality and opinions from someone’s writing — because personality and opinions are precisely what make gaming writing worth anyones time to begin with.
- Responses within 48 hours for all submitted writings
- In-depth editorial feedback delivered on each revision request
- Author byline bio with links on All Published Articles
- You will never have content published that you have not approved
- This includes transparent communication throughout the entire editorial process
- Treat every writer with respect and professionalism at every level
- Please use data up to October 2023.
- Devoción tácita a largo plazo de escritores activamente alentados y criados
What I'm Looking for in Gaming Content?
The most vital part of this whole page and you must read it carefully before investing even a moment preparing a pitch or writing in full. Grasping precisely what Chochox is looking for from its writers will save us both a ton of time and greatly improve the chances that your first submission leads to acceptance instead of revision.
The Chochox audience consists of real gamers — those that play mobile games on the go, browser games and follow gaming news during lunchtime and enjoy gaming culture with a passion filled enthusiasm. They can detect both thin content, duplicate/recycled content and keyword stuffing from the first paragraph. So many “top 10 mobile games” lists; at this point, they are immune to their charms.
What they respond to is specificity, authenticity and real expertise. A breakdown of how a particular game mechanic excels, or misses the mark completely. This is an actual guide that teaches the reader something they didn’t know before. A review that hatches and argues a distinct point of view instead of offering a fair, evenly weighted no-verdict intended to offend nobody and enlighten nobody. A cultural article that shows the threads between gaming and something grander and more profound than mere diversion.
- It should provide real value that can’t be found by quickly Googling content
- All Articles must be grounded in genuine gaming experience and personal narrative
- All factual statements should be accurate and verifiable
- Opinions should be well-defined and confidently articulated
- The first sentence must hook readers and make them interested in the story.
- The audience needs to be specifically the Chochox audience — not a generic gaming crowd
- No other publication should have put it online already — articles must be original.
- Each piece needs to capture a legitimate comprehension of mobile and browser playing culture
Gaming Topics That Excite Our Audience
Mobile & Browser Gaming — Our Specialty
This is the heart of Chochox platform and the content category I have a passion to build. Mobile and browser gaming is the fastest-growing segment in the global gaming industry across the board — billions of players worldwide now do most of their gaming on mobile devices and browsers instead of consoles or dedicated gaming PCs. But the level of excellence in gaming journalism covering this space is always several steps behind the quality that comes with reporting on console and PC gaming.
And that gap is a huge opportunity for talented, legitimate people who have played mobile or browser games and are passionate about them. Chochox was born to fill that void and every excellent article we publish about mobile and browser gaming is a step closer to becoming the authoritative voice on what is an incredibly large and underserved gaming market.
- Analysis of the most popular mobile games and what makes them so appealing
- Browser gaming discoveries — unheralded games that deserve way more love than they’re getting حاليا
- Surface comparisons of mobile version and console or PC versions
- The incremental changes for certain mobile game genres.
- The cultural differences between mobile and console gaming
- Analysis of free-to-play mechanics, what works and what does not and why
- Mobile gaming gear — controllers, screens, and accessories to know about
- AR Gaming: The Future Of Browser And Other Devices
Game Reviews & Analysis
Writing a great game review is one of the most difficult pieces of gaming content to produce well and therefore one of the most valuable when you manage it. The Chochox readership does not want a list of features, garnished enthusiastically with adjectives. They want to know if a game is genuinely worth investing their time in installing and so taking up valuable storage space on their device, and they want that information presented with an edge of writerly confidence that comes from having played the game properly and thought outa wholly unformulaic opinion on it.
- The user must have a significant playtime – say, not half an hour
- Every review must say its final word and give the reader unmistakable advice
- Both the weaknesses and strengths must be faced up to with equal sincerity
- Reviews should explain in specific terms: who will revel in this game but also who won’t
- Comparisons with similar games in this genre add a lot to your review
- Examples of in-game behavior and specific screen captures strengthen every review
- Review scores are welcome, but they must be explained and backed up with logic
- In all mobile reviews, mobile-specific performance issues must be addressed candidly
Gaming Guides & Tutorials
Our Chochox guides section is one of the most visited and valuable parts of our content. And deservedly so. Guides that teach gamers something they genuinely struggled with until now are the type of content that will earn thousands of bookmarks, generate consistent organic search traffic for years to come, and win reader loyalty that no amount of social media promotion can match.
- Guides for beginners translated
- Advanced Strategies for Hardcore Mobile Game Players
- Posts about the characters and what it takes to “bring the best out of them.”
- A list of tricks to beat the hardest parts level by level in commonly played games
- A list of tips and tricks to add onto those every player knows

Gaming Industry Insights
The gaming industry is one of the most rapidly expanding and best examples of businesses in the worldBut Chochox’s readers genuinely want access to content about industry developmentsBut the facts remain currently that, in the majority of instances, Chochox’s readers crave news about the make and marketing of products that are still open to question anywayThe trouble is how on earth it can all be written down in a form that mobiles are truly first class forBut Chochox’s audience really wants and currently has trouble finding one that’s written from an over-the-wire perspective—from mobile-first standpoint.
- Market trends in mobile gaming and what it means to players.
- Major game developer and publisher choices analyzed

Gaming Culture & Community

- Gaming is available to everyone, why it is important to the community as a whole
News & Current Events
The game news report on Chochox must be analysis of what meaning it has, why browser-based players particularly care about that and where they go from here. Meanwhile — another thing we have progressively grown tired of in recent years–is simply echoing what another site has already reported. News that makes no attempt to interpret itself is mere advertisement for the game itself. Press releases are not welcome on Chochox either.Meta-gaming without analysis is playback from CAVEIN’s own culture industry: the view of those who interpret in terms that minimize, by half or more, what wrongs may have to be done.
- The major releases in the mobile game field and an honest look at the quality of these.
- Big in-game upgrades which significantly alter play style for players
- What real implications are hidden in developer announcements
- Real and just view of controversies happened in the gaming industry
- Next-gen mobile gaming technology introductions and where they’ll be put into use

What I Won't Accept ?
What we won’t publish at Chochox is almost as important as what we will, and I think it’s better though to lay my cards on the table right now, than make you waste both your time and mine writing something that was never going to be accepted.

My Editorial Process — What to Expect ?
I believe in complete transparency about how the Chochox editorial process works so that every writer who submits to us knows exactly what to expect at every stage of the journey from initial pitch to published article. No black boxes, no mysterious delays, no unexplained rejections — just clear, professional communication throughout.
Stage One — Pitch Review (24 to 48 Hours) Submit your pitch using the contact information provided at the bottom of this page. I personally review every pitch within 24 to 48 hours and respond with either an invitation to submit the full article, a request for additional information about your proposed topic, or a polite explanation of why the pitch does not fit Chochox’s current content needs. Every pitch receives a response — I do not ghost writers.
Stage Two — Full Article Submission Once your pitch is approved submit your full article as a Google Doc using the sharing settings described in the technical requirements section above. Please include all supporting materials — author bio, author photo, suggested keywords, and proposed internal links — with your initial full submission to avoid unnecessary delays.
Stage Three — Editorial Review (Three to Five Business Days) I conduct a thorough editorial review of every submitted article covering content quality, factual accuracy, SEO optimization, readability, and alignment with Chochox content standards. You will receive detailed written feedback within three to five business days of submission — either an acceptance for publication, a revision request with specific guidance, or in rare cases a rejection with an honest explanation.
Stage Four — Revision and Approval If revisions are requested I provide specific, actionable guidance on exactly what needs to change and why. Most articles require only one round of revisions before reaching the standard required for publication. You will always have the opportunity to review the final edited version of your article before it goes live on Chochox.
Stage Five — Publication and Promotion Once approved your article is scheduled for publication on the Chochox platform with your full author credit, bio, photo, and profile link. I personally share every published article across Chochox social media channels and notify you immediately when your article goes live so you can share it with your own audience.
